Breaking the Silence 2019 is the second annual Sexual Assault Prevention Month event in Tompkinsville, Kentucky. This is an event to come together to stand up against sexual violence and break the silence survivors are often subject to which limits their ability to reach out for help.
This production will feature performers and original work highlighting their experiences through violence, recovery, empowerment, and healing. Themes include race, gender identity, sexual violence, body image, body objectification, and relationship violence.
